Whether you call them Groups or Tags this feature allows to organize your accounts and contacts. You can add as many Groups as you like from the Groups page. There you can see all the groups and how many accounts and contacts are assigned to each. Easily view then and further search within those groups. Each account or contact can be assigned to as many groups as apply.

You can add groups for a number of different things including: marketing opportunities, their interests, industry, vendors just to name a few. Use the groups to better organize your contacts in many different ways.
